Atom-X perfect fit, works fine

I bought the Atom-X two weeks ago and it arrived 3 days ago. everything about the product is as advertised. No problem using it right out of the box. The instructional teleconference was informative & Vicente was very helpful. The whole journey of researching the product, purchasing it, & the instructional teleconference was very pleasant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was having trouble with the Atom Pro 2, as far as "squawking" or "whistling". The gentleman helped me by instructing me how to correctly inserting them. (I was inserting them upside down.) He also is going to send me a smaller set of ear buds, because, evidently, my ear canals are of different sizes. Hope this works. I've also ordered the Atom Pro X and will schedule a hearing session with them, once they arrive. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly.
