I received my set of ion Pro 2 hearing aids this week. They are amazing…. Easy to set up and they have restored frequencies I haven’t heard in a long time!

I gave it a fair test was not easy to insert in left ear. Sound wad great but left ear would not hold. Right ear fine

I talked with Joy about an issue with the new hearing aides. She listened, understood, and determined that they were defective. Her resolution was a replacement and a label to send the defective aides back free of charge. I’m satisfied.
