Atom X pros and cons for me.

I want this product to work for me. I have been using another brand of hearing aids and thought that I wanted to use these as a spare. Your hearing aids produce a tremendous amount of feedback that Carlos is trying to eliminate. Using my cell phone with the blue tooth creates an echo of their voice on their end of the call. If I can work through these issues over the next couple of weeks, I will keep the hearing aids.

Love how easy it is to use!

I’ve had the hearing aids on for 7 hours and with the videos and instructions along with the helpful one on one with the hearing specialist who answered all my questions I’m 100% sold. I’m quickly adapting as a first time user of hearing aids.

They wouldn't work with my left ear, but it's my anatomy, not the Atom X's fault.

Online session exceeded my expectations by a lot!

I am truly grateful for the time spent with Noby. He explained things extremely well. I was ready to send them back until he explained why I was having issues. He made all the difference between an unhappy customer and a delighted one. I had thought of skipping the online meeting but so glad I didn’t. It way exceeded my expectations!
