Dodge was very helpful in processing my return. Unfortunately, the eartips were not the right fit and the aids did not stay in my ears. The bigger size did not fit well and hurt.

Clent John Agang web meeting really helped me out with my Atom-X hearing aids. I was about to give up on them, but with a few tips from him, I now have hope to get them working for me. He was very patient and focused on my questions and issues instead of just giving me a canned speech. My thanks go out to him!

I’ve had the Atomx for a few weeks and trying to get used to wearing them. I’m a 1st time hearing side user.
Jeff was incredibly helpful, and patient with helping me to understand the concept of hearing aides. I couldn’t have done it without him.
