Carlos is professional and warm and he is very patient. I had problems with my phone and next time I will use my desktop to talk to Audien professionals.
Carlos answered all my questions. I will contact Audien Hearing for more teaching and training as I go along on this new journey with my hearing devices.

Simple to use once you learn.

We were having a little difficulty understanding some of the moods on the Atomx and Leighton was so nice to help us out with that. He gave us all the information that we needed and showed us how to use Atomx

Luke did a fantastic job of explaining all the features for my Atom x and how to experience the best results while using the device. Provided even more detail about certain aspects of the device that I was not aware of including the Bluetooth features. Well done Luke!!!
