First purchase of hearing aids

Recently purchased a set of ION Pro 2 hearings aids. Have a minor hearing loss and tinnitus.
Have had the ION Pro 2 hearing aids almost one week.
Like the smart phone app features.
Rex walked me through the app, hearing aids features, fit and cleaning recommendations. She pointed out things about the app I hadn't known about even though already been using it since day one. Appreciate the advice.

I have been using my devices for about two weeks. Just getting used to them. My problem is with tinnitus and have not noticed much difference but have been told it might take 3 weeks to see any change.

The Audien Atom X wound up not being the hearing aid for me, but a meeting with Empliny, one of their audiologists put me on track with a recommendation for a different model and a follow-up visit. I appreciate the time Empliny spent hearing my concerns and working with me to address them.

I bought the AtomX mainly for the increased battery life and Bluetooth function. Unfortunately the Bluetooth connectivity had problems in my environment.
All other features worked as advertised after some adjustments and ear dome changes.
