I have been using these for only a few days and did have some concerns. Samantha did a good job explaining how the process works getting accustomed to the new sounds. Love the bluetooth feature and it works great.

Easy Adjustments and Features

I purchased my hearing aides about a month ago and I love them. The features are convenient and very clear. I had my review with Loren and she was a big help. She took time to explain each feature, proper fit, and answered all of my questions. I feel better about wearing hearing aides since these are much better quality than my previous ones, and offer a whole new sound environment. I don't get all of the background noises. Thank you Audien Hearing!

Charlize provided a thorough and clear presentation about the Atom X. She answered all my questions and provided help tips about living with my new hearing aids. She also made me aware of several offers that were available to me, like a discount on a spare pair of Atom X's.

I purchased my Atom X hearings aids abt one week ago and have used them with ease. Literature was easy to read and apply. Online video session with Julian Rodriguez was very helpful. He was professional, courteous, explained features available with the aids and answered my questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
