Very nice hearing aids but not for me

The features on the X are great, however I was having trouble with inserting the units & keeping them in my ears no matter which ear buds I tried. After my free video conference with Charlize, one of the hearing specialists, she felt the ion model, which is noted to be for people with small ear canals, would probably be a better choice for me, which I felt as well. So I am exchanging the X for the ion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mary understood I didn't want to be sold a different hearing aid. Our family had already made the decision to get Mom "prescription" hearing aids again. I appreciated that she didn't force me to listen to a long sales pitch for another Audien product. She mentioned it and was going to but when I cut her off, she recognized I wasn't interested.

I am trying to return because of special issues discussed.
Dave convinced me to try for a little while longer and make a decision after a visit with my audiologist tomorrow. I might need the behind-the-ear Ion Pro, depending on the test.
