Hearing aids did not fit

Bought the Atom X hearing aid and discovered that my ears are too small and the hearing aid did not fit. Julian was very understanding and offered me an alternative. He also helped me with the return process. It was a pleasure working with him.

Better than my old over the ear models

Been experiencing the usual 1st week adjustment quirks to new hearing aids along with some odd new technology issues. Chambers professionally discussed the issues and outlined a plan forward for monitoring and correcting them.
