Atom X a big step up over Atom Pro2

I bought my Atom X about 2 wks ago, but waited till I spoke w the rep to try them. I had bought the Atom Pro2 about a year ago and was not happy w them. When the new X came out, I liked the idea of the separate control box. As it turned out my call w Sam went great, and I really like the new X aids. They work better all around, clearer, no feedback, easier to fit in, and love the control box. What I don't like is as they are bigger, they show more, and the antenna really sticks out. They are a lot easier to put in though as a result of their size and shape.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product for a first time user, or a step up.

Atom X I have found to be excellent at this price point. They are my first hearing aids, so getting to learn and make adjustments takes some time for the brain to adjust. The Bluetooth Streaming works great, and answering the phone is a breeze and works well. They are easy to use and easy to make adjustments on the fly. The cleaning process and wax guard replacements are also easy for any early users of hearing aids. As a request, it would be nice to have one level of advanced settings or a single "user" (mid, low or high cut/boost) setting would be enough. A simple single parametric EQ so I could cut and boost perhaps in the mid range, or just cut some high frequency as sometimes the highs can be a little tinny? Other than this I am very pleased with my experience of the atom X, they are a great value for money.

Great Hearing Aid

I bought these and I am very happy that I did. Since I’m not an audio engineer, I was very happy that they were very easy to use and Badr explained everything perfectly. They are easy to place in my ear and take out. And the box has very simple controls and I used them quite easily. Thank you again and if I know anyone who needs an excellent hearing aid, I will definitely recommend Audien.
