Faulty equipment

Bought the Atom X, when it came the ear volume wouldn’t work right. When I talked to ear specialist he sold me the Atom an said they would replace AtomX. Written them 3 times an no response. I’d watch out doing business here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using my hearing aids for about one week and am doing well with them. Since I wear glasses, the fact that they are in the ear doesn't affect their fit or comfort. I feel that these aids are a good choice for me.
