Badr, was terrific. He made sure I understood all items in instructions and HIGHLIGHTED certain details that many people probably miss. Wanted me to show him that I put units in ears correct. Very good.
I realized I needed an accessory and he offered a particular value package for me.
He allowed me to voice my concerns and quickly had answers.

Not what I was looking for.

I was trying to find a lower profile hearing aid than my behind-the-ear aids. The Atom X is small, but found the sound quality to be metallic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ahmed provided reassurance that my experiences with my Atom X hearing aids have been perfectly normal and the best is yet to come! The Atom X aids have made viewing TV much more pleasurable, as I am not missing any conversations.
