I bought the ion pro2 about 3 weeks ago and glad I did. I’m hearing conversations clearly without saying what or could you repeat.

Not happy

I have been trying to adjust to the Atom X model without much success. Raising the volume above 30% results in continuous whistling/feedback issues. At 30% it is impossible for me to hear normal conversations and in a group situation, as I was in on Thanksgiving, left me in tears because I could barely hear anyone clearly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Chambers was amazing. He was patient and so helpful with my husband and me. He answered all our questions and took time to make sure was were comfortable with the hearing aids.
