Issues with the Atom X not fitting into the ear canal. Mohammed did a very good job helping me decide on what to do. I switched to the Ion 2 pro hoping for a better fit.

I opened my new Audien Atom X hearing aids this morning. My video conference with Sarah answered all my questions about how to wear them during the adjustment period and how to use the many features they offer.
