It was such a pleasant surprise when speaking with Audien/Amazon support team. Mrs. Hersey was friendly and customer oriented. She listened to my concerns and understood my situation. She displayed her Audien product knowledge and quickly created an acceptable solution to our satisfaction. I really felt comfortable. Thanking Audien for a great support team.

Just what I've been looking for!

The Atom X is everything I'd hoped for. My video appointment was excellent. I was originally scheduled to meet with Roy Dieta, but he wasn't available so I met with a wonderful woman named Enya, who was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped me buy a second pair at discount and a three month supply of maintenance kits. I told her I was extremely happy with the Atom X, which lets me control volume, mode, etc. right from the hearing aid case. This is a huge improvement for me, and I'm sure many others, who have large fingers and find it hard to operate controls on the hearing aid itself. It's just what I've been looking for. I appreciate the product, the video appointment and the fine job Enya did in answering the questions I had.
