Great upgrade from Pro

Charlize was awesome! Answered every question I had and passed along great information to help me use the X better. Had the Pro model before these. The X is certainly a big step up in features and quality in my opinion. The only improvements I would suggest for the next version would be ability to control using smartphone and app instead of having to carry around the base for those controls. Also, when streaming music with Bluetooth a little more bass would be nice.

Great information

Just had a zoom meeting with Chambers who helped me figured out how to use my new hearing aids. He was very, very patient with my clumsy attempts at changing the tip of the hearing aid. We had a productive meeting and he helped be adjust to the hearing aid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bough the AtomX and i'm wearing it for the last 5 days (since i received it). It meets my expectations in some arias but doesn't address my biggest issue: hearing in crowded, laud spaces. I will continue experimenting w/ different mode and volume settings.
