Great first experience

I called regarding booking my appointment with an audiologist mishap and was lucky enough to have Jeff take my call! I explained I may have double booked my appointment and thought perhaps it was a mistake regarding my email address on my part. Sure enough it was and he discovered it promptly. He offered to cancel my two appointments on December 18 and then sent a link for me to reschedule! He was so helpful and assured me everything was taken care of. It was my first experience it a support member and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Jeff

We are very pleased to have met with Chambers about our hearing aids. He wasfantastic at explaining and alleviating concerns. We will be anxious to see if this helps my Mom in the long term but are very optimistic at this point!
