I hope all goes well with the hearing aide as I have not received it yet. Hopefully I will get it before the free appointment. Joy was great, pleasant, helpful, and very accommodating.

I actually bought the Atom Pro 2 not the Atom X a few days short of one month ago, and the ability to hear was great. Maybe it’s my ears, but I cannot keep them in no matter the dome size, so I decided to buy the behind the ear Ion Pro 2 and return the Atom Pro 2 for a full refund.
I bought the Ion Pro 2 last night using the Black Friday deal. Having previously used behind the ear hearing aids, I am sure the Ions will work best for me.

Larger than expected

I bought these hoping they would work for me, but the part that goes behind the ear is quite a bit larger than my current hearing aids. I also have small ear canals and the ear buds that go in the ear canal wouldn't fit. The people I spoke with were very responsive and professional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
