Upfront and honest - tried her best to upsell other products but that’s part of the job. The aids however I am not impressed with. I will try and if not satisfied return within the next week.

I have only had the hearing aids for a week, and I am.finding them helpful and easy to use. I particularly like the fact that the unit is not dependent on a phone app.

AtomX not communicating with the case.

After our call I thought that I had issues solved with the reset, unfortunately I am still having issues with the devices communicating with the case. Chambers was great talking me through the issues and troubleshooting, and we thought that we had things solved. I will reach out to him again.
