I can’t give a review, because it seems like we can’t get together for the video, if I don’t have the right time or they have the right time,so I would like a full refund please, I’m still in my 45 days trial period?!? RIGHT?

Well made, good support, having a few issues

Purchased a few weeks ago, units seem to function OK, still working on getting a good fit, trying different buds, so far I have not been able to get a secure fit as during the day they seem to loosen and I have to continually re-set them. Left one seems to shut down when battery shows less than 20%. Not disappointed in purchase yet as I realize they are new to me (first set of aids), units seem to be well made and support seems to be good - will keep trying to adjust and get use to them - not dissatisfied, but not yet ready to give them a five star review.

Bought this and additional cleaning materials earlier this month and tried them for more than a week. Found no significant changes in hearing quality - only volume.
