New Lease On My Hearing

I'm changing from the AtomX to the IonPro2 because my husband wanted the AtomX and I wanted a pair that fit in my ears better. So far the IonPro2 have been very comfortable and easy to wear. I look forward to this new lease on good hearing!

Tremendous company to work with

Gannah was such a help today. I’ve had the hearing aids about two weeks, with mixed results. She was able to clear up everything. I’m now wearing them comfortably with no feedback. I have Parkinson’s so little batteries and buttons were not going to be workable. I put off getting hearing aids for years, but I’m not sure who’s the happiest now…me or my family.

Had a great session with Chadrine this morning and have a better understanding of the Atom X.
Marketing policies...why would I buy a second pair if I'm still considering whether I even want the first pair? "Insurance" seems to be a futures contract which doesn't guarantee anything but allows me to buy a replacement pair at a discounted price. I had to think about the implications before I finally decided to purchase it,

Trouble with whistling

Very helpful. I had a lot of trouble getting the right hearing aid in, and once in to stop whistling. She helped me select the correct dome and minimizing the whistling.
