Very simple to use

I am still getting used to the atom x. I do love the case and how simple it is to use. I also appreciate the help I got from the audiologists--they are all five stars! And that caused me to increase my rating. The atom x hearing aid isn't tuned to your specific hearing, so it does take some getting used to. It's also a bit big and uncomfortable for my ears. But otherwise it's super easy to use and the price can't be beat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Early Voting Indicates Atom X is Going to Win

I have had an increasingly difficult time hearing in any environment except an absolutely quiet one. I tried a major electronics company's earbuds with hearing assist capabilities, but they did nothing for me at family gatherings or in public spaces like restaurants. I came across an Audien ad and decided to get the Atom X model to put through the acid test of a family Thanksgiving gathering.
So far, I am delighted with several things:
1: The quality seems first-rate.
2: The support is terrific with plenty of communications, links to videos, and a free consult with an Audien hearing pro, which was very beneficial.
3: The Atom X is easy to use, and I especially like the touchscreen controls and UV cleaning of the recharging case.
4: Most importantly, I can already tell a difference after 5 days. And, according to Audien, once I become accustomed to the hearing aids, it will become progressively better.

My hearing loss is moderate to low, but the frequencies affected are the ones I need most for conversations in noisy environments. I am very pleased with the Aton X's performance so far and look forward to fully engaging in our Thanksgiving celebration this year.
If you have been considering hearing aids but the price is a barrier (like it was for me), I think you'll find Atom X to be an exceptional solution.

I just received my Atom X hearing aids. It is amazing how much they help me. I can hear complete conversations again. The fit is great and they came 100% charged. So glad I made the purchase.
