My husband loves the hearing aids. However the right one does not stay in securely. We are waiting for smaller covers to come but unfortunately he lost the right one while outside. The rep was very helpful in putting in our claim.

I tried another brand of hearing aids a few years ago. I had one aid that never worked and the company refused to replace it. I am liking the way that this company helps me to understand the aids.

Great Expectations

Despite the caption my review (in process) is of the new Audien Ion Pro 2. I want to thank Ahmed for making my tutorial helpful (5 stars). We struggled to correct my problems with my new hearing aids that wouldn't stay connected to my iPhone's Audien Pro app. We tried several different approaches with his direction and when these failed he ordered a replacement pair of the Ion Pro 2 for me. I will continue my review after their receipt.
