Simple and effective

I bought the Atom X and right out of the box they were awesome. There is a small adjustment time for brain to adjust to them but totally worth it. I can hear more clearly and can understand people much better. Highly recommend!

Probably best for low-level hearing loss

Purchased hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. Have worn hearing aids for 5 years, thus am familiar with most of setup, cleaning, maintenance, charging, etc. Hearing aids provide some improvement in hearing at lower % volume but have near constant feedback in my ears at 50-60% volume. Only 'solution' was to make sure speaker wasn't touching my ear directly, which I can manage, but feedback continues. I think that these aids are mostly for lesser levels of hearing loss, particularly since feedback precludes using them higher than 50% volume.
