I purchased this hearing aid a month ago and waited to use it until the online appointment with the hearing specialist. It was particularly helpful that she was an end user. Walkthrough was informative and easy to follow.

Not to happy, need help please!

I received the hearing about 10 days ago. I was very pleased with my on line tutorial and the gentleman who helped me!! I am not thrilled with the units themselves because they seem to go on and off for no reason!! I also do no t like the fact that I have to have my phone with me all the time!! I also do not like having to re-download the app every day. Please let me know what can be done!
