Love the bluetooth phone feature.

Just bought these 2 days ago and are just getting use to sound, appears to be working well. Sounds I have not heard for a while are no audible! Sam was extremely helpful in clearing up some of the setup issues.

I very much felt at ease talking with Ahmad Atta. He was very calm and professional. Even though I hadn’t received my hearing aids (Atom pro 2) he went through all I would need to know to get started. Also, let me know I could get back with him for any issues.

I can Hear Now

I just received my hearing aid yesterday. I had my conference call with Nix today. She was very pleasant and very helpful and explain everything great I had no problem understanding her. I understood everything. I put the hearing aids in my ear and everything worked out perfect. I’m excited to hear and understand what people are saying to me now .

I had trouble getting the Atom Pro 2 to stop whistling in my left ear, but Ahmed Ali was great at helping me to learn the proper way to insert the hearing aids and he was very professional in explaining my options
