I had the pleasure of meeting with Munna Hassan this morning. He provided a follow up session with me to make sure I was becoming comfortable with my Atom X hearing aides. Munna was patient and well acquainted with the product. I found the session to be informative and reassuring. He is a very good spokesperson for Audien.

Prompt replacement of defective Atom X

I bought the Atom X a few weeks ago and it has worked just fine up until today when the right hearing aide stopped responding to the volume control on the charging unit. I called the support number and after some online troubleshooting the problem, they promptly agreed to send me a replacement

Service was good. Had problems with the hearing aids. The specialist was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Atom X issues

I recent Atom X hearing aides 2 days ago, I’m generally with them so far. A couple issues are concerning, the volume control buttons don’t both work at the same time most of the time, I can only hear WiFi streaming in one ear, sometimes the left ear or the right, but not both.
I would recommend this to a friend!
