Controls on the charging unit

I purchased the atom 2 and the atom pro2 and read where you have the AtomX and I think I would like it better so I called to do an exchange and the lady was most helpful and I will be looking forward to trying the atom x. I have not tried the other ones as I wasn’t sure which would be best for me.

I purchased Atom x a short time ago. Levels 2-5 had a bad whistle and feedback. I had a conference call with Ahmed and he and I agreed to change to the Ion behind the ear . Very professional,answered all my questions and had the return mail label back to me within minutes of are conversation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this hearing aid for my MIL, and we had it up and running in minutes. She noticed an immediate improvement in her hearing, and the first time she wore it all day, it was so comfortable that she forgot about it!

The Atom X hearing aid was really interesting because of its capabilities. Unfortunately, they did not fit my ears. Chambers Guerrero, the hearing specialist who dealt with my issue, was very helpful and encouraging. Even though I am returning the devices I am quite happy with the company and Chambers. This experience was positive and I will keep up with their new products hoping for a tinier little device!

Overall I am happy with my choice of atom x. I gave it 4 stars as I am still getting aquatinted with it. As for service my hearing specialist appointment went well. Thank you for a positive experience.
