I am very happy with my new hearing aids. I had a seamless experience with them.
Audience provided numerous help in introducing me to the use of my hearing aids including a video conference with Stephen. He was very clear in his explanation of the product that he represents.

Returning Devices

Rick covered the issues I had with my devices (hearing aids turning off despite being charged, tinny sound on all programs). He offered replacements and upgrades. I choose full return due to my poor experience. Rick was thorough and fully supported Audien. I appreciate receiving a mailing label to return my devices.
