I bought this about 3 weeks ago and am very happy with them. I did run into a problem with them and it was handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend these to anyone that needs hearing aids.

Ahmed was clear and easy to follow. He showed me how to properly clean my hearing aids. 😊He didn’t follow up with the email info he promised about upgrade promotions available🙁

Great design on the Atom X

The hearing aids are impressive but did not fit in my ears properly. Hazel was wonderful on my onboarding call and recommended a style of hearing aids to better meet my needs. My rating is for the device only. Hazel gets 5 stars!!
