I bought the Audien ION Pro 2 hearing aids and have been using them for about a week. Several nice features make these aids easy to use. I had a very useful tutorial with Nika and learned more about the hearing aids, and will use the support team if issues.

After numerous try’s to get help with,y new hearing aids I finally got Rick. He was soooo helpful. He solved things in a couple of minutes but was clear in his speech. Clear in what I needed to do and was sooo polite and kind. You have a real good guy working

Had a video meet with Nika Brown concerning a problem with my hearing aids. I was expecting a real hassle but I was pleasantly surprised! Nika was pleasant and professional. She listen intently and took care of my issue quickly! To the Audien Company she is a keeper! Thank You Nika, Steve Donaldson

I bought the Audien Atom One set less than a month ago. Trying to return them has been troublesome and frustrating. The tech. Was not able to get me the link to access a return label. The links would not take me to the form for a return label. The tech was pleasant and patient with me, and professional.
