I understood this was to be a review of Jove's help with me today. I don't know enough yet about the hearing aids themselves.
Jove's help was invaluable. I certainly have my work cut out for me, but I feel like Jove's patience and knowledge really helped me to now have a direction.

Salah was helpful and thorough. I am not fond of the initial AI voice at all but Salah made up for it with his helpfulness. Sorry the product had to be returned but hoping the second works well.

This is not about the product, this is about Audien Support. I had a problem with an appointment time due to some computer issues I think. I spoke to Ranim, who is very patient and Professional, she listened to what I had to say and within minutes fixed the problem and got back to me with the correct information. The Support Team gets 5 Stars in all aspects.
