Replacing a broken ear bud.

I bought mine in September but haven't worn them very often. I still have pretty good hearing for certain times and places, but I really needed help for church. I just finished talking with Carlos Villamore and he helped me so much. He is easy to understand and he is very patient as I needed a lot of help. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He is very good at what he does. Thank you, Carlos. Ann Pruett

I just bought them and one hearing aid keeps cutting off after 20 to 30 seconds. The other one works great and I can't wait for the replacement for the bad one to get the full use of them.

Pending the restaurant evaluation

I purchased the Atom One 2 weeks ago and next week plan to take it to a noisy restaurant. This is the main purpose for buying the device (to better hear the conversations of the people at my table). If it works well, I may upgrade to a device that has different modes, or the Atom X for bluetooth capability.

In the ear hearing aids did not work for me and Ahmed is working with me to return them and replace them with behind the ear aids.
