I finally faced my fears

I purchased this item months ago. I knew I actually needed hearing aids but was in denial. I had to face my future and start using the hearing aids. I’m so glad I had this call. My fears were calmed and my questions answered. Thank you for your time.

Jasmine stayed the course and cleaned up the mess

Jasmine talked me through the mess that iOS26 created with my Ion Pro. The hard reset (10 second button hold) worked when nothing else did.
It is a miracle. The left hearing aid would just not behave or respond following the iOS 26 upgrade.

I love the atom 2 hearing aids and vedio call was very helpful and I know now how placed my hearing aids properly so I don’t get that feedback noise

The Best Service I Have Ever Received

It is hard for me to come up with all the words necessary to express how happy I am with the service provided in this exchange. I have recently dealt with a few service departments and it has been very difficult to impossible. Unfortunately I am unsure with whom I dealt with my phone says "Dora A L" So Ms Dora, tell your boss to give you a raise. You deserve it.
