Unfortunately, not a good fit for me

Unfortunately, these hearing aids did not fit my needs. However, the person that assisted me when I called, Windave Parajes, was very helpful. He reviewed all of my options and, in the end, guided me through the next steps in the return of the hearing aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
