I'm still in the "trying out phase". Will let you know within 45 days how it all works out. Learned a few things in my video conference today, which improved my hearing with the
Atom 2pro. So I'm pleased for that. Still have to get used to the ITC. It's different than what I've previously used.

My new hearing aids

I was most concerned with the ringing in my right ear. I know it took most of the meeting time, but you really helped and fixed the problem. I really think I will enjoy these hearing aids. If I get the ringing again, I will know what to do. Again, thanks for your help.

Charlize did an excellent job of explaining everything to me! With her help, I am now wearing my new hearing aids listening to the tv. I feel good wearing them. They are comfortable and I feel I have the correct things I need. Thank you Charlize!

Alex was ever so gracious despite me being 8 minutes late to our meeting. He's trying his best to sort out the whistling problem I'm having with my hearing aids. He has assured me he will follow up once I receive new domes to try.
