Amazing difference in my hearing. I have not said "what did you say" while wearing them, which was a constant reply from me before I started wearing the Atom X. I like the ability to change volume and settings with the case, and the bluetooth is a welcome addition. Heartily recommend!

Had difficulty situating aids in ear canal. By end of day one actually fell out of my ear.
