Good, but not so good too.

I was excited when the Atom X was first purchased. However, after set up, I found the response during TV settings was very tiny And in many cases provided annoying feedback. Also, within the last week, I found that the volume control for the right hearing aid was not functioning and showed a total gray out where that control existed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just didn't work

Hearing aids did enhance sounds but did nothing to reduce background noise making it impossible to talk with others while watching TV. The hearing aids actually increased the level of background noise generated by the TV.
However, was relieved when EM (Audien Rep), though trying to get me to try the Atom X upgrade (which she said had CONTROL settings that would moderate Background noise), sensing my frustration with the oversell did appropriately stop the upgrade trial and issued a return authorization and return mailing label.

Sorry your hearing aids didn’t work for me.

I have tried 2 of the Audien Pro that the blue tooth connection would not work so you suggested I try the Audien Atom instead. They didn’t well to Bluetooth well either and they squeal a lot. Please m mm e a refund.
