Not a fit for me

I have tried 2 different models of your hearing aids and I’m sorry but neither worked for me. The product itself may be good but didn’t work in my case.

I purchased the Atom One last week and have not had any issues. So far, so good. The onboarding meeting I had with Loren Barquin was very productive. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough in her description of the product and its features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very professional and tried hep me out but unfortunately i had to send product back for a new one. I did try pushing the button for 20 seconds to reset but did not work out

I've just had my device not quite a week, and I was really having problems getting it set up
correctly for me. Rex really helped me settle down and explained the procedures to me, she was very patient and helpful! This my first time with any earring aid, very happy for Rex's imput.
