The menu on the case is very handy and easy to use

I received this one week ago and have trouble fitting it and getting it to not fall out frequently. I’ve tried all of the domes provided and none seem to fit well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the ION Pro set of hearing aids a few months ago, and I have been using them every day.
Overall, there has been an improvement with my hearing, although I still struggle when in crowded places, it is hard for me to hear the other person in a conversation, the surrounding noise is too much to overcome.

I have high frequency audio deficiencies. I am hoping these hearing aids will help with this. The session we had was helpful with the basics to using the aids.

I bought the product at the beginning of November after years of considering hearing aids that were too costly. I found the ATOM X and thought they would be perfect. After receiving them and choosing the included ear pieces, I could finally hear something out of my left ear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The video call for the introduction to AtomX was very clear and helpful. "Heaven" (translated from "Ariabic") was a big help! My hearing impairment is modest and attributable to playing the bagpipes. I don't think it is likely I will need more help from her which is too bad because she was so nice & appealing. Mike
