Marsha answered all my questions. Also set up an appointment to review problems I’m having with my new Atom X hearing aids. If problems can’t be resolved, then I can return them for full refund! Thanks!

I received my new Atom X hearing Aids on November 8, 2025. I traded in my Atom Pro 2’s. The new features on Atom X are very nice.

They’re OK

I bought these thinking they could replace my bone conducting headphones which I use all day and by all day I mean from 4 AM to 7 PM and the battery in these does not last I have the hearing aid set at 10% and I get about four hours Not impressed. The hearing aids are awesome comfortable but the Bluetooth part that I so so kills the battery so that’s why it’s three stars the controls on the case suck when you have Bluetooth on because you can’t turn the hearing aid up or down just the volume of whatever you’re listening to this is my first experience with hearing aids. There are certain people if they’re not looking at me I can’t hear them so I’m guessing I’m reading lips.
