I like the hearing aids so far. Ahmed was pleasant but training lasted 10minutes. I have no contact info from him. My new tips and replacement aids have not arrived after more than 2 weeks submission. I need the smaller tips so they don't always ring or fall out. I guess im at a out up percent pleased with audien.

I was not happy with the hearing aids I bought and went and bought an expensive pair elsewhere and was going to return the ATOM X. After speaking with Leighton I decided to keep the ATOM X as a spare. Your service team is the main reason I even gave Audien another shot. The motto of my company was "Customers Run Our Business, they pay the Bills." I get that same feeling from Audien. I also received great support from Angela.

MOHAMED WAS VERY POLITE AND MOST HELPFUL. SINCE MY TECH SKILL LEVEL WAS VERY LOW, MOHANED WAS VERY PATIENT IN GUIDING ME ALONG AS A FIRST TIME USER AUDIENHEARING AIDS.

I really liked the Ion Pro, however one aid would connect to the ap the other aid would not the connect to the app, The Hearing aid that did not connect to the app charging light stayed on for 2 days and probably would when it is received back at the distributors. If only you had an Ion Pro X that connected to the charger (like the atom X) that would be a much improvement.

I received my new Atom X. Hearing aids this morning. At first they were not synched to the case and the right aid did not function. I called and visited briefly with the agent and within seconds Khersey Sorono had my aids working perfectly. I could not believe how well I immediately began hearing. Easy set up and so very clear. I have had the super expensive down to the cheapest and nothing has worked as well as the Atom X. I know it is the first day but at this moment in time they are AMAZING! I don’t even know I have them in, they are so comfortable…. Very good product at this time!
