I have not been able to use the hearing aid, I keep getting feedback and a tinny sound. I am working with Ahmed from Audien Hearing and hopefully the issue will be remedied.

Great hearing aids - do the 1 on 1 session!!!!

I received my Audien ion Pro just a few days ago. I signed up for the 1 on 1 session and sure glad I did. I have had some issues with my aids but was not sure if it was me or the hearing aids. I worked with Ahmed and he was great. I have a defective pair and he is sending me out a new pair and I already received a label to return the original pair. Ahmed was great and answered all my questions. Which most pertained to the fact that I have a defective pair. I do love this pair. I can adjust the volume etc. on my phone and more. They are super comfortable. I did not think I would like the behind the ear model but I do. Do not hesitate to consider buying an Audien Hearing Product.
