I do not like these hearing aids. They have a tinny sound and I can hear better without using them. I will request a refund.

I purchased the Atom Pro 2 and after a week of attempting to use the product before my face to face meeting with Ahmad Atta I was very discouraged. During our conversation Ahmad sympathized with me and my efforts to make the product work for me. His solution was for me to return the product and obtain the next level up at no additional cost. I decided that it would be a worthwhile attempt to resolve the situation and look forward to receiving Audien Atom X OTC Hearing Aid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
