Product was working great until it wasn’t. Rick at Audien walked me through troubleshooting but to no avail. A new product will be shipped to me soon! Rick was very helpful and friendly.

Nathan Feleke was the first at audien that actually listened to the problem, and started the return process. Nathan did a great job.
