Dealing with RMA/Replacement confusion

Jeff recognized that my situation had become confused and took steps to get my replacement hearing aids on their way to me.

I have been wearing the hearing aids for about 2 weeks and, frankly, I have had some issues with them and was not sure exactly how I did feel about them. Since my session today with Ahmad, I am much happier. At this point, I am quite optimistic that I will be able to benefit from them. All in all, I really believe that they are a great product. I do think that some of your ads are somewhat misleading and that your tutorials which follow the lead audiologist’s introduction to them need to be improved, possibly by adding some visuals. Once I talked to Ahmad today, and he showed me some tips and answered a lot about f questions for me, I have been meaning ch more content with the aids this evening.

Very thorough and understandable intro session

The tutorial session on how to activate the Atom X hearing aids by Charlize was very informative. Charlize took the time to introduce herself and ask how I was before beginning the session. She spoke clearly so I could understand and also fielded my questions thoroughly. Charlize did a great job and I did not have any questions at the end if our session on how to apply the hearing aids and maintain them.
