Samantha was very patient and helpful. I will try to keep working with the volume and mode. I’m finding it very difficult. I also wish it was easier to determine the different sizes of the domes.

Excellent over the counter hearing aid! Easy to set up, easy to understand and the free appointment with a hearing specialist was fantastic. The specialist was Janrey Principe .. she was patient, thorough and the session confirmed I set everything up correctly (including the Bluetooth function).
I would recommend this to a friend!
