Outstanding support experience!

1st off, this is a review of the support I received, not the Atom X. The jury is still out on it.
It was a great experience working with Joy. She is a great listener, which is most important in any trip towards resolution. She was very patient when I went go off on a tangent about subtle software tweaks that i thought would enhance the Atom X. I suggested that there were some inaccuracies in the documentation, and she said she would check it out.
I really can't say that I have ever had a better support encounter.

Hard to change volume or clarity. No wifi set up will not pair with my phone

I started wearing my atom x 5 days ago and by this time I can feel that I am getting used to the features amd this morning I was able to get helpful tips from Alex tyank you!

It was very easy to get started, and Jeff was extremely helpful. My hearing was amplified immediately, and it was very easy to adjust the volume.
