I had a 1 on one with Heaven from the Audien hearing team, and it was time very well spent. We reviewed the set-up, break-in period, what to expect as well as tips and tricks. Very informative.

I have yet to speak with you and don't anticipate that happening after an afternoon of missed calls. I WANT TO RETURN THE HEARING AIDS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CONTACT FROM YOUR COMPANY EXCEPT FOR THE POSTAGE-PAID RETURN LABEL AND CONFIRMATION OF MY REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT AND THE WARRANTY.
