I bought this for my Mother. It arrived three days ago and she has used them twice. So far it has been going well. I had a couple of questions about the fit and feedback which Heaven answered very well. She also walked us through proper fitting and proper placement in the ear. It was a very useful 20 minutes to get that info and to find out what I might be doing wrong. Heaven was excellent throughout and did a great job explaining and helping us through the process.
